It is the largest of the three that make up the series, 19.5 cm blade, used as a chef's knife for chopping, slicing or dicing.
The satin-finished 3-layer blade and polished cutting edge give the knife an elegant look and guarantee excellent functionality and sharpness. The Kiritsuke shape is characterised by a tapered design, with a striking notch at the back end of the blade which also ensures comfortable and safe handling.
Kiritsukes are all-rounders in the kitchen and the three different blade sizes of the Kaname series allow these knives to be used for all kinds of purposes, making them therefore a fantastic companion in the preparation of demanding and delicate dishes.
