KOCINA SANTOKU SALAMANDER KNIFE 200MM ZIRICOTE

New Salamander knife from the Kocina series, it is model 419, a 20 cm Santoku knife made of 1.4116 stainless steel and Ziricote wood scales.

The steel used for this series of knives is stainless steel 14116, it is a type of stainless steel with a very high carbon content, it is almost identical to x50crmov15, it has excellent resistance to corrosion and changes of temperature, among other qualities, it preserves the sharpness for longer and sharpens better.

The elaboration of the scales is made with Ziricote wood, it is considered a "precious wood", very showy and elegant, thanks to the contrast of its veins. It is originally from Central America.
