Oak and black steel combination, a contemporary reinterpretation of the timeless N ° 08. The BLACK finish on the blade and the ferrule is obtained thanks to a specific surface treatment that reinforces its resistance to corrosion.

STEEL

Stainless steel is an alloy steel. It is achieved by adding chromium which allows to significantly increase its resistance to corrosion. Stainless steel does not need any particular maintenance.

This black stainless steel sheet has a matte finish and is more resistant to corrosion than a stainless steel sheet. This sheet is more sensitive to the risk of scratches, be careful not to use sponges or abrasive products to clean it. < / p>

MANGO

Oak wood is a hard wood, especially for insects and fungi thanks to its high tannin content. Coming from French farms, it has a yellowish-brown appearance, with straight and regular veins. The varnished handle is protected from stains and moisture.

SAFETY RING

Virobloc in stainless steel, with specific surface treatment that increases resistance to corrosion. This treatment is sensitive to scratches, be careful not to use abrasive sponges or abrasive products when cleaning.
