KNIFE ENGRAVED STEEL HANDLE BEECH AND BONE DEER 18 CM

Handmade penknife made by Nieto (Albacete), has a blade length of 7 cm and its handle is made of beech wood and deer bone, its engraved steel blade AN-58 creates a nice pattern.

Nieto manufactures a completely new steel that meets the main requirements that are requested in a product of maximum quality, that is elastic, that has good hardness, be resistant to climatic conditions (corrosion) and good edge, fundamental. Endorsed by the Institute of science and materials engineering by the University of Castilla la Mancha.

Its tempering is carried out in an oven with controlled atmosphere at 1600º and a tempering of 3 hours at 350º gives it a hardness of between 58 - 60 HRC.
