The blades are made of 32 layers of Damascus steel with a core of VG-10 (C-1%, Cr-15%, Mo-1%, V-0.2%, Co-1 ,5%). The steel is hardened to 61 ± 1 HRC ensuring a long lasting sharp edge.
Thanks to the Full Tang construction (the handle and the blade are made in one piece), the knives have a great resistance.
These knives come with a perfectly sharp Hamaguri edge and a mirror-gloss engraved logo on the end of the handle.
