CARE AND USE

It is recommended to clean the knife by hand using a damp kitchen cloth and mild soap. After rinsing the knife, it is advisable to dry it immediately with a dry towel or cloth.

Do not wash the knife in the dishwasher. Firstly, because the edge can be damaged by contact with other objects inside the dishwasher. And secondly, because exposing the knife to extreme temperatures can be very damaging, especially for knives with a high carbon content.
