Payment Methods


- By credit or debit card,, so that payment will be confirmed at the time the purchase is made.

- For PAY PAL service, registration in Pay Pal.

- Through virtual POS (point of sale terminal), pay as in a physical store with card and pin.

The payment will be transmitted to the corresponding bank, which will be responsible for providing the respective remote electronic payment service, without any third party being able to access it. The card data will be entered directly into the bank's secure website, without any of this data being recorded on our servers.

- By bank transfer, the order will be sent once payment has been received.

- Cash on delivery, the customer pays for the order at the time of delivery to the home.

Shipping costs and delivery time


Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer in the Peninsula, for purchases of less than €80. In the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, consult.

The delivery time will be 4 to 6 business days, from confirmation of payment, with MRW being the company in charge of delivering orders.

Returns


Nebot Cutlery offers the possibility of exchange or return, free of charge, for the following cases:

· definitive return and refund of the amount, due to a defective product or appearance different from that described on our website
· for exchange of the same model and color, as long as it is available in our stock

In order to make the return, you must contact Cuchillería Nebot by writing an email to info@cuchillerianebot.com or the telephone number 96 391 24 87 within 14 calendar days after receiving the order, in order to manage your request.

The product must be returned in the same condition as received, unused or damaged, along with a copy of the invoice and in its original packaging. Orders for more than one product must be returned in the same shipment; returns of the same order separately will not be accepted.

Cuchillería Nebot reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent late, or products that are not in the same conditions in which they were sent.

The return is considered effective at the time the product is collected by the agency designated by Cuchillería Nebot. Only after receipt of the product and once its integrity has been verified, Cuchillería Nebot will proceed, within a maximum period of time. of 14 business days, to the refund of the total amount of the product/s in the same account with which the payment was made.
